While we sit, loading coffee

and pondering today’s to-dos,

some someones

somewhere

are designing destruction

(dismemberment, death)

for the oak tree on Fidalgo.

An architect from

somewhere else

obviously can’t visualize

a wonderous, natural

tree in the landscape of his/her

condo minimum mind.

beauty has no

definable lines …

and is unmanageable …

so DON’T CUT IT DOWN!
