Has city given up on something better? | Letter

I find it difficult to believe Oak Harbor is even considering the idea of a rehab center on its prime piece of waterfront property.

Editor,

I find it difficult to believe Oak Harbor is even considering the idea of a rehab center on its prime piece of waterfront property.

It sounds as if the city is just giving up on a development to enhance our town and attract tourism and settling with a large health care company that can afford to build wherever they like.

What a disappointment for those of us who keep hoping for innovation and creativity in our city employees.
