It would seem that, despite what the island County Transit manager has stated over the years, the system does need to charge for its services.

Evidently, she knows not of what she speaks.

Nearly $3 million dollars is unaccounted for.

For any CEO to not know what an organization’s fiscal position is — that is not acceptable.

It would seem that “the Rose has wilted” and is totally incompetent. I think a criminal (investigation) is in order in addition to an audit.

Rose should be placed on unpaid leave during such an investigation.

The manager of Island Transit would not be missed because she has not been doing her job anyway.
