Jet noise: I love it!

That is the sound of the freedom that we are fortunate enough to enjoy today. We live south of Coupeville and have since 1994. We had to sign papers confirming that we understood that we were in the flight pattern of the “touch and go” flights.

There are periods where there are seldom any flights, and then there are some periods where they fly daily and sometimes into the late evening. So what? They are practicing a maneuver that is essential to their training and survival. There is a cliché that says, “If you don’t like the heat, get out of the kitchen.” Well, if you don’t like the noise, move or learn to live with it.
