The rambling March 12 letter by Robert Wilbur misstates who has a problem. The Navy does not have an OLF problem.

The federal court system does not seem to have an OLF problem.

Coupeville does not have an OLF problem. Ninety-nine percent of the citizens of Island County do not have an OLF problem.

The only entity that apparently DOES have an OLF problem is Citizens of Ebey’s Reserve, or COER.

Please stop trying to assign “the problem” to other people.
