At the risk of making John Vanderzicht pool in Oak Harbor more popular and, thus, even more crowded when I am swimming, I’d like to commend the staff and commissioners of the Park District for the facility which they have created and enhanced.

The pool water is warm enough (even for me), the hot tub/spa is much appreciated, and the staff are always cooperative and helpful. There are activities/schedules for people of all ages/interests and the prices are reasonable.

The commissioners are hopeful of further enhancements/additions and would welcome your support and participation. Just try to schedule your swim times when I am not there. Thanks.
