As the Whidbey News-Times is the newspaper of record for Island County, it would be most appropriate that you reserve, and print, a special block that lists the name of every political person in Island County, including city and town officer holders, their home phones, office phone and email number. It might also be appropriate to list each department head. Even emergency numbers could be listed in that one special block.
