I want to publicly thank Oak Harbor Motors in Oak Harbor for their honesty and good will.

My car had been making “thump” noises off and on and I was told it could be a “boot” problem, which could lead to costly repairs.

I made an appointment with the Dodge dealership. They drove it, checked it on the rack and after one and a half hours could find nothing wrong!

They washed my car and gave back the keys and said, “No charge.”

I’m an old lady who knows the brake from the gas pedal (a “live one” to many dealers). They could have said they fixed any number of things!

In today’s times, with the economy so bad, especially the auto industry, it really warms my heart to see honesty and integrity very much alive. Thank you Dodge.
