I would like to thank the Whidbey Island community for supporting our group, Save Our System, and Island Transit. The support, encouragement, money and time that this community so generously gave S.O.S. was absolutely wonderful!

Together we were able to keep Island Transit and all of the benefits they offer this community. Together we saved transportation for those who have none, together we allowed paratransit service to continue for those who dearly need it, together we saved several jobs on Whidbey and Camano islands, together we are a pretty awesome community. Island Transit service will continue not just for a few but for everyone!

On behalf of Save Our System, our families, and friends, we deeply appreciate and thank everyone who supported and voted to keep Island Transit as one of the best benefits of living on Whidbey and Camano.
