Why can’t we have in Oak Harbor any of the following restaurants: Red Lobster, Olive Garden, or Cracker Barrel?

We have a lot of fast food restaurants, but we need something like one of the above.

There are many people in this town that I have mentioned it to and they wonder the same thing.

I wish they would take the time to look into the above. Who do I have to contact for the above to happen?
