‘Yes’ on hospital is less expensive

We are writing in support of the upcoming bond request for Whidbey General Hospital. Many folks who have lived on Whidbey Island for a long time remember the days before the hospital was built. It was truly a community effort that made sure island residents’ health needs were met at a local, community hospital.

We are writing in support of the upcoming bond request for Whidbey General Hospital.  Many folks who have lived on Whidbey Island for a long time remember the days before the hospital was built. It was truly a community effort that made sure island residents’ health needs were met at a local, community hospital.

We need to continue the tradition of high quality health care here by voting to finance the construction of a new state of the art inpatient hospital wing. It will be less expensive for all of us to pay our share to build what we need here than to travel by car and ferry to off-island providers for our medical care.

Please vote yes for Whidbey General Hospital.
