Angeli will present their spring concert, “Garden of Music,” at 7 p.m. Friday, May 4 at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church, located at 1253 NW Second Ave. in Oak Harbor.
A free will donation with be gathered for Opportunity Council of Island County.
This women’s quartet combines the vocal talents of Whidbey Island residents Cynthia Akins Fletcher, Sharon Erickson, Carol Fitzgerald and Lynne Ogren, with accompanists Verna Morgan and Jan Ernst.
“Garden of Music” celebrates the joys and wonders of spring with the life and love this season brings.
Opportunity Council is a private, nonprofit community action agency serving homeless and low-income families and individuals, with a goal of helping people learn to become self-sufficient.
Opportunity Council offers a range of services including energy assistance, food, homeless housing, child care resources, early learning programs, children’s backpack program and more.
This will be Angeli’s last local concert before Ogren moves to Alaska.
Come rejoice in the gift of music and friendship these women have shared with one another and the community for the past seven years.
