Oak Harbor graduate cruises to marriage

Former Oak Harbor residents Lyle and Cindy Caplinger are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Matthew Allen Caplinger of Bellingham, to Megan Frances Robb, a lifelong resident of Bradford, Ontario, and daughter of Darlene Robb.

Former Oak Harbor residents Lyle and Cindy Caplinger are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Matthew Allen Caplinger of Bellingham, to Megan Frances Robb, a lifelong resident of Bradford, Ontario, and daughter of Darlene Robb.

Matthew Caplinger graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1998 and now serves as a cruise director for Holland America Line.

Megan Robb has a degree from Humber College in Toronto and works in marketing and public relations.

The couple met while they were working aboard a cruise ship.
