Studio Tour showcases Whidbey Island artists

The arts community on Whidbey Island is opening its studios to the public this March, with more artists on the tour than ever. From Greenbank to Oak Harbor, there will be 39 artists at 27 working studio locations. Whidbey is home to a wide range of artists and artisans from potters, painters, glass blowers, weavers, jewelry makers and sculptors. Many artists will be demonstrating during the tour and can answer questions.

The arts community on Whidbey Island is opening its studios to the public this March, with more artists on the tour than ever.

From Greenbank to Oak Harbor, there will be 39 artists at 27 working studio locations.

Whidbey is home to a wide range of artists and artisans from potters, painters, glass blowers, weavers, jewelry makers and sculptors.

Many artists will be demonstrating during the tour and can answer questions.

The tour will run Saturday and Sunday, March 7 and 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

An exhibit featuring one piece from each artists will be available for viewing at the Coupeville Recreation Hall on Saturday and Sunday during tour hours.
