“For us, communication is the biggest thing. I’ll start with the ‘where, what, when, why and how,’ so I can share as many details as possible with our plumbers, and then ask homeowners to send along a few photos so the team knows exactly what they’re dealing with before they arrive,” Hannah says. “It really helps to make sure we’re all on the same page.”
As the plumbing calls increased, the Rocky Point team soon began to hear from homeowners needing other services, from painting and drywall repair to flooring installation and kitchen and bath remodels. Rocky Point Plumbing became Rocky Point Plumbing and Maintenance, with Larry joining the team.
“We are definitely seeing the need,” Hannah says. “And people are thrilled to be able to have these jobs done by people right here on Whidbey Island.”
