Get ready, Whidbey shoppers — a beloved second-hand sale is quickly approaching.
The 43rd annual Coupeville Lions Club garage sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 2 at Coupeville Elementary School. All remaining items will be sold at half price from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the following day.
This year’s sale will bring back indoor items such as books, linens, dishes and other household wares as the event returns to its pre-pandemic state.
“We are all very excited to be in full swing for a complete sale after being scaled back for three years,” club public relations chair Deanna Rogers said.
Larger items, including furniture, power tools, appliances and outdoor recreation gear, will be sold outside as usual.
A preview of items for sale will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 1.
