Monday, Aug. 31
At 10:44 a.m., a caller reported that two rings were missing off a dead patient at a Southwest Kimball Street location.
At 2:24 p.m., there was a report that a car was hit by a fallen tree on Northwest Key Street.
Tuesday, Sept. 1
At 6:08 a.m., a caller reported that a rooster was on Barron Drive.
At 9:39 a.m., a caller asked for a welfare check on a man on the ground near Beeksma Drive.
At 12:17 p.m., there was a report that a person was digging a hole in Windjammer Park.
At 4:55 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a silver vehicle asked children for directions and then asked them to come with him on Southwest Second Court.
At 7:10 p.m., a caller reported that people were living out of a car on Southeast Second Court.
At 9:08 p.m., a man reported that he was robbed at a Highway 20 location by a man who pulled a knife on him and stole his wallet.
Wednesday, Sept. 2
At 7:21 a.m., a Fairhaven Drive resident reported finding a suspicious bag that his dog didn’t like.
At 9:55 a.m., a dead seagull was reported on the highway.
At 11:47 a.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man was standing near school grounds on Crescent Harbor Road.
Thursday, Sept. 3
At 2:50 a.m., a caller on Pioneer Way reported that a friend was covered in sores.
Friday, Sept. 4
At 12 p.m., a puppy mill was reported on Crosby Avenue.
At 8:47 p.m., a caller reported that a man was passed out in his car on North Oak Harbor Street.
At 8:57 p.m., a driver reported that a half-naked woman in a white van on the highway seemed “out of it.”
Saturday, Sept. 5
At 10:52 a.m., a caller on Southeast Quaker Street reported that a woman was “aggressively knocking on door” and “acting weird.”
At 1:09 p.m., a caller reported that three males were playing guitar downtown. The caller said they weren’t part of the Music Festival and were not allowed to play.
Sunday, Sept. 6
At 8:59 a.m., a resident on Southwest 16th Avenue reported that numerous mailboxes were smashed in the area.
At 9:12 a.m., a woman on Southwest Erie Street reported that she was sexually assaulted and her groceries were stolen.
At 10:26 a.m., a resident on Southwest Ulysses Street reported that mail was on the ground all along the streets.
At 10:47 p.m., a caller reported that people were shooting out of a car while driving by a Swantown Road location.
Monday, Sept. 7
At 11:29 a.m., a woman called 911 and said, “I have been dealing with this stuff for six years and I am not going to stop” and then hung up.
At 4:15 p.m., a Oleary Street resident reported that the police have been “messing with her life” for six years.
At 6:23 p.m., a caller reported that a subject was “hunched over” near Walmart.
Tuesday, Sept. 8
At 4:46 a.m., a caller reported that a transient was sleeping at the bus shelter downtown.
At 7:58 a.m., a caller reported finding a small vial of an unknown substance marked “Agent Orange” on Northeast Kettle Street.
At 11:02 a.m., there was a report of a transient sleeping on a sidewalk on Southwest Barlow Street. Another caller reported that a transient was sleeping in the bushes at night.
At 2:54 p.m., a Central Drive resident reported that Elvis the bloodhound was missing.
Wednesday, Sept. 9
At 8:48 a.m., there was a report of a homeless couple fighting on the highway.
At 12 p.m., a caller on Pioneer Way reported that two sofas were dumped.
At 2:44 p.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported finding a toaster oven in her flower bed.
At 7:59 p.m., a Barrington Drive resident reported that a woman selling “Hooked on Phonics” came to her house.
Thursday, Sept. 10
At 9:41 a.m., a Northwest Fairhaven Drive resident reported that someone shot a BB gun at the front window where his cat sits.
At 10:24 a.m., a caller reported that a sign near Walmart telling people not to give money to panhandlers was pulled down.
At 5:19 p.m., a driver on the highway reported that a transient fell on her car, got up and walked away.
At 5:37 p.m., a Northwest Kathleen Drive resident reported that packages were stolen from the porch.
At 6:32 p.m., a man on Oak Harbor Street reported that he is “pissed off” and can’t go home because of a no-contact order.
Friday, Sept. 11
At 12:40 a.m., a Northeast Nunan Loop resident reported that four raccoons were on his roof.
At 4:04 p.m., a driver reported that a man was in the middle of the highway, yelling at people and “flipping them off.”
At 9:17 p.m., a Southeast Ninth Avenue resident reported that someone is pumping fumes into her home.
Saturday, Sept. 12
At 3:53 a.m., a caller reported that he was talking to a friend on Barron Drive when a vehicle approached and a man with a machete got out.
At 10:22 a.m., a Southeast Eighth Avenue resident reported suspicious activity associated with Hooked on Phonics.
