At 9:51 a.m., a caller reported that a man wearing shorts on Highway 20 was carrying a pair of scissors.

At 9:15 a.m., a caller with possible mental health problems reported that the high school was using “laser crippling therapy.”
At 11:30 a.m., a resident reported that a seagull in the Highway 20 area had a hook and lure stuck in its beak.
AT 7:34 p.m., a resident reported that someone threatened to stab one son and jump the other.

At 6:42 a.m., a Northeast Ernst Street resident reported that a pickup was broken into overnight.
At 6:45 a.m., a Northeast Goldie Street resident reported that someone threw a rock through the window.
Friday, April 21
At 8:43 a.m., a driver reported that an older man was jogging in the road near the Home Depot.
At 9:58 a.m., an East Whidbey Avenue resident reported that someone broke into her home during the day.
At 3:08 p.m., a parent reported that another student tried to grab her son’s phone on the bus and the phone ended up smashed.

At 8:30 a.m., an East Whidbey Avenue resident reported that a man at the end of the driveway was digging in the dirt, laughing at traffic and talking to himself.
At 8:09 p.m., a caller reported that a red Honda Accord was stolen from an Erie Street parking lot.
At 10:26 p.m., the ER reported that a patient had a dog bite that occurred on Dawnview Terrace.

At 9:07 a.m., a Northeast Riksen Way resident reported that a chicken was in the backyard.
At 9:37 a.m., a caller reported that a patient in the ER was bitten by a dog on Falls Creek Loop.
At 9:48 a.m., a Southwest Erie Street resident reported that a Ring camera recording shows a dirty man hopping the fence and running laps in the caller’s yard.
At 1:59 p.m., a caller reported that an RV without plates was parked on the side of Saars.
At 2:05 p.m., a resident reported that people were taking driftwood from a beach off Beeksma Drive.
At 2:15 p.m., a caller at a salon reported that a customer was unhappy with a haircut and refused to leave.
At 6:50 p.m., a Swantown Avenue resident reported that someone may have stolen a Lab puppy.
At 7:39 p.m., a caller reported that a man was walking on Crosby Avenue with a handgun pointed at his temple.
At 8:38 p.m., resident of Northeast Sumner Drive reported that a man has been jumping over fences in the neighborhood.
