“Miriam’s Big Rock Espresso”–why not? The recent letters of concern about a building obstructing the view of the big rock seem to be from a one-sided view. Just as the rock has more than one side, people should consider all sides of the proposed building.
As it stands right now, anyone would have to trespass to even get to a close look at the rock. If the Meyers’ move their business as proposed, people could possibly stand within several feet of the rock or sit back and sip a latte’ and look until your eyes get blurry.
Furthermore, none of this will matter if the present and future owners of the rock refuse to allow the ivy to be pruned back. Then, very few people will even know there is a rock under there.
