A fundraiser for Bennett Boyles and his family will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at the Coupeville Recreation Hall.

Boyles recently completed six weeks of treatment for an inoperable tumor on his brain stem and is scheduled to return to Coupeville soon.

The fundraiser, which is requesting a $10 donation at the door, will include a silent auction and raffle. Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase; a band will provide entertainment.
