Mount Vernon swept the relays, and that was enough to lift the Bulldogs over the Oak Harbor High School swim team 96-74 Thursday, Sept. 25, at the Skagit Valley YMCA Pool.
The Wildcats received two wins from Taliah Black (200-yard individual medley, 2:28.28; 100 breaststroke, 1:17.14) and one from Marissa Morris (500 freestyle, 5:47.2).
Oak Harbor (2-1) heads to Marysville-Pilchuck High School to face the Tomahawks (0-5) and Marysville Getchell (0-5) in a double dual meet at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30.
