5:35 a.m., a caller requested a welfare check for a man slumped over his steering wheel at Coupeville Post Office.

1:27 p.m., a caller at the Island County Treasurer’s Office received a fraudulent phone call.

2:20 p.m., a caller reported a black Suburban was blocking the “red zone” at Northeast Main Street and North Main Street.

1:07 p.m., a patient at Whidbey General Hospital requested assistance in securing property.

9:58 a.m., a caller on Northeast Haller Street reported their cell phone was stolen by a person who takes anger-management classes.

Thursday, July 24

8:10 a.m., a caller on Northeast Sixth Street reported a dead deer in their front yard.

1:29 p.m., a caller on Northeast Pennington Loop reported a group of kids were doing something in the ditch.

1:50 p.m., a caller at Toby’s Tavern reported two delivery trucks were blocking the exit and at least four vehicles were trying to leave.
