Bible Baptist Church: The choir presents an Easter musical, “I Saw the Lord,” at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday, March 27. A free nursery is provided. The church is at 1701 Harns Road. Call 675-8311.

Christian Science Society: Hymn No. 171 in the Christian Science Hymnal begins, “Let us sing of Easter gladness That rejoices every day. Sing of hope and faith uplifted; Love has rolled the stone away.” Welcome to our service that begins at 10 a.m. March 27, the same hour as Sunday School, which receives toddlers to teens. Child care is lovingly provided for little ones. Included in this week’s Bible Lesson-sermon from I John 2:24, 25 is, “If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father, And this is the promise that he hath promised to us, even eternal life.” Citations from “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” by Mary Baker Eddy, include, “The eternal Truth destroys what mortals seem to have learned from error, and man’s real existence as a child of God comes to light.” The church is at 721 SW 20th Court at Scenic Heights Street. 675-0621. Concordia Lutheran Church: Saturday, March 26, at 11 a.m., the church presents its annual Easter egg hunt so people can break out of their shells to gather eggs. Easter Vigil starts at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 26. Sunrise service at 7 a.m., followed by breakfast at 8:30 a.m. The Festival Service of Easter Worship begins at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary. Coupeville Foursquare Church: One service, Sunday, March 27, begins at 10 a.m., Coupeville Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room. Children’s church and nursery provided. Everyone in Coupeville and neighboring communities is welcome to celebrate the risen Christ.

Coupeville United Methodist Church: Easter Sunday, March 27, Sanctuary service, 11 a.m., follows sunrise service and breakfast.

First Reformed Church: Easter Sunday, March 27, First Reformed Church will celebrate the conclusion of Holy Week with a special combined worship service beginning at 10 a.m.

Living Word Fellowship: Walk Stations of the Cross from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 26. Sunday, March 27, celebrate Easter at 10:30 a.m. at Oak Harbor High School gym. Oak Harbor Church of Christ: Celebrate Easter with the church March 27. The praise team will lead songs during the morning worship service. Bible classes for all ages begin at 9:15 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship. Sunday morning worship starts at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome to attend a potluck and Easter egg hunt after the morning worship service. The church is at 1000 NE Koetje Street.

Oak Harbor Church of the Nazarene: Easter breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. Easter celebration “The Bridge” begins at 9:30 a.m. Church’s Easter egg hunt starts at 11:30 a.m. The church is at 1100 W. Whidbey Ave.

Oak Harbor Lutheran Church: Saturday, March 26, service begins at 6:30 p.m. with kindling of a fire followed by Bible stories, Holy Baptism, Holy Communion and preparation for Easter Day. Festival worship Sunday, March 27, celebrates the Resurrection at 7, 9 and 11 a.m. Easter breakfast will be served by high school youth between services. Nursery provided at the 9 and 11 a.m. services. The church is at 1253 NW Second Ave.

Oak Harbor United Methodist Church: Easter cantata, “Resurrection Alleluias,” at the 9 and 10:45 a.m. services, Sunday, March 27. No 8 a.m. service. Call the church office, 675-2441. The church is at 1053 SE Ireland St.

St. Stephen’s Anglican Church: Easter Even, March 26, 7:30 p.m., Great Vigil of Easter and First Eucharist of Easter; Easter Sunday, March 27. Feast of the Resurrection, 8 and 10:20 a.m. Festival Eucharists with brunch follow each service. There will be a renewal of baptismal vows at all Easter liturgies. All are invited to participate. St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Coupeville: Easter Sunday, March 27, Mass at 9:30 a.m. Call 678-6536.

Sunrise service: 7 a.m., Sunday, March 27, at Whidbey Evangelical Free Church: Easter services at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. March 27. The church is at 874 Plantation Dr., Greenbank.

Whidbey Presbyterian Church: Services start at 9:30 and 11 a.m. at the church sanctuary. The church is at SE Eighth Avenue and Midway Boulevard.

St. Augustine’s-in-the-Woods Episcopal Parish: Holy Saturday, March 26, Great Vigil of Easter starts at 8 p.m. Enter the darkened church, lost in thought and meditation. The new fire is struck and kindled as we hear the ancient words and the stories of salvation history. The service climaxes with as the Resurrection is proclaimed. The Day of Resurrection, Easter Sunday, March 27, Festival Eucharists will celebrate the Resurrection in the light of the new day.
