Christmas Eve worship services

l Concordia Lutheran Church: Candlelight service at 7 p.m. Communion service starts at 11 p.m. The church is at 590 N Oak Harbor St.

l Coupeville Foursquare Church: Candlelight service at 7 p.m. is open to the public. No nursery service will be available.

l Coupeville Methodist Church: Music and candlelight service starts at 7 p.m. Soloists will be Jane Jones, George Konopik and Vern Olsen. Kathleen Anderson will play the organ. Konopik will accompany Anderson on the guitar during the closing hymn, “Silent Night.” During this song, the sanctuary will be illuminated only by candles.

l First Baptist Church: Candlelight and communion starts at 6:30 p.m. There will be music and drama presentations and carol singing. 1780 SE Fourth Ave.

l Living Word Fellowship: 5 and 7 p.m., family services will be 45 minutes to one hour long. 490 NW Crosby Ave.

l Oak Harbor Christian Reformed Church: Service starts at 6:30 p.m. There will be carol singing, a candle-lighting ceremony and Pastor Harold Veldman will speak on “Look in His Light.” Child care for children ages 3 years and younger will be provided. l Oak Harbor Church of the Nazarene: Family service at 6 p.m. The church is at 1100 W Whidbey Ave., Oak Harbor.

l Oak Harbor Lutheran Church: 4 p.m. family worship with children’s Christmas program; 7 and 11 p.m. Holy Communion with candlelight and carols. The church is at 1253 NW 2nd Avenue, off Heller Street and near Oak Harbor High School.

l Oak Harbor Methodist Church: Family service at 5 p.m. Choir cantata and candlelight service at 8 p.m. Communion and candlelight service at 11 p.m. The church is at 1050 Ireland St. in Oak Harbor.

l Whidbey Evangelical Free Church: Candlelight service starts at 5:30 p.m. The church is at 3770 Highway 525 in Greenbank.

l Whidbey Presbyterian Church: Candlelight services at 7 and 9 p.m. The church is at 1148 SE 8th Ave. in Oak Harbor.
