Community potluck rescheduled

The event will now take place at 5 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Pacific Northwest Art School in Coupeville.

The Central Whidbey community potluck has been rescheduled after a cancellation early last month.

The event will now be a dessert potluck and take place at 5 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Pacific Northwest Art School in Coupeville. The potluck was originally scheduled for early November but canceled for inclement weather.

Attendees are asked to bring a dessert to share. There will not be a formal program, but guests will have the opportunity to meet and interact with Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve board members and staff.

The community potluck is a Central Whidbey tradition over a decade old. The free, public event is a celebration of harvest, heritage and community. This year’s potluck will be the first since prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
