Three wins helped the Coupeville High School girls track team tie host Granite Falls for second in a three-team meet Thursday, May 1.
Lakewood easily won both the girls and boys meets.
The Cougar girls finished with 100 points, and Coupeville and Granite Falls had 30 each.
The Lakewood boys rolled up 128 points; Granite Falls had 30 and Coupeville 20.
Winners for the Wolves were Marisa Etzell (400, 1:07.3), Lauren Grove (triple jump, 27-05.5) and the 4×200 relay team (1:52.53, names were not reported).
Coupeville takes part in the Juanita Invitational meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, and then goes to King’s for the league meet at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 8.
