Coupeville High School’s homecoming parade swept through downtown today in rides that represented both the town’s historic flavor and the rural, farming backdrop.

A Packard and farming tractors were among the vehicles that carried Wolves’ newly-crowned royalty, cheerleaders and sports team down Main Street and near the waterfront along Front Street.

Squash farmer Dale Sherman even drove his massive yellow truck with trolley cart in tow.

Tonight at 5:30 p.m. is Coupeville’s homecoming football game pitting the Wolves (1-5) against Chimacum (0-6).

Tickets are $6 for adults and for students without ASB cards.
