As a weekly visitor to Oak Harbor, I wish to express my thoughts about the downtown improvements.

And “improvements” it is, in a big way. It is much more pedestrian and shopper-attractive. Great ease of parking is a huge plus. And when the blooms begin to show in the planters it will be such a nice place to shop and visit.

Congratulations to all those of vision and foresight who made it happen.
