At 1:53 a.m., a Humphrey Road resident reported that a tug boat came aground and was shining a light in the caller’s window.
At 8:49 a.m., a caller reported that a suspicious person wearing tight pants was walking on Goodall Road near a Baptist church.
At 10:40 a.m., mail theft en masse was reported in the Bluewater Lane area.
At 1:22 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious person looking at the Navy base with binoculars.
At 5:20 p.m., a caller reported that a dead seal or whale was on West Beach.
At 5:32 p.m., a resident reported that a man with scabs on his face was “trying really hard to eat” in the area of Salal Street. The caller conjectured that he’s on meth and doesn’t want that in the neighborhood.
Friday, May 17
At 6:49 a.m., an employee at a business on Highway 20 reported that a man came through her line with his penis out.
At 10:53 a.m., loose peacocks were reported on Little Dirt Road.
At 1:01 p.m., a caller reported that a neighbor shot an eagle in the Nubian Way area.
At 4:45 p.m., stray cats were reportedly attacking other creatures on El Gato Street.
Saturday, May 18
At 4:21 a.m., a Third Street resident reported that the yard was crawling with kids and more were at the chamber of commerce.
At 9:59 a.m., there was a report that a woman was attacked by dogs at the Lake Hancock pullout and broke her wrist.
At 10:26 a.m., a caller reported that a man on Main Street was throwing and abusing puppies.
At 1:17 p.m., there was a report of a baby out the window on Kimball Drive.
At 1:40 p.m., a caller reported that a deer was stuck in a fence near State Highway 20.
At 2:28 p.m., a woman with a cane reported that a woman and two men were following her at Joseph Whidbey State Park.
At 2:41 p.m., a Realtor reported that she was showing a house on Race Road and a man tired to get in. He cursed at her and flipped her off.
Sunday, may 19
At 6:36 a.m., a resident reported that an elderly man in sweat pants was walking down the middle of North Main Street.
At 10:19 a.m., a woman reported that her husband was attacked by two Rottweilers on Eastpoint Drive. He had large gashes on his arm and hand.
At 11:38 a.m., a Barones Place resident reported that her husband assaulted her and threatened to hurt her animals if she calls the police.
At 6:17 p.m., a burglary was reported at a Longwood Lane home.
At 8:15 p.m., a caller on Bayview Road asked a 911 dispatcher how much money she needs to help him get where he wants to go. The dispatcher hung up.

At 3 a.m., a resident reported that someone in an abandoned home on Haller Street was screaming the “F” word and beating on the walls.
At 1:43 p.m., a caller reported that a Halsey Drive house was broken into and the garage door was busted up.
Wednesday, March 22
At 4:43 a.m., a caller on Northgate Drive with mental health problems reported that someone “cock cocked” his secretary and she may have fallen over the railing. He also said church folks are mad at him.
At 6:42 a.m., a caller reported that an elderly man was running in the middle of Northgate Drive. He told the caller that there are people in his home.
At 8:12 a.m., there was a report of a rabbit in distress on Summit Boulevard.
At 2:40 p.m., a Hillis Drive resident reported returning home to find drawers and things thrown around her house.
At 8 p.m., a caller reported that an unauthorized drove was operating in the Freeland area.
