Monday, May 19

5:25 p.m., a caller on South Main Street reported someone stole a plastic figure from her yard. The figure told people to slow down.

Tuesday, May 20

12:29 p.m., a caller on Northwest Broadway Street reported an ongoing problem with a dog being tied up outside and howling all day long.

Wednesday, May 21

9:44 a.m. a caller on Southwest Terry Road reported a the theft of a safe without any signs of forced entry. The caller believes it could be homecare nurses.

2:02 p.m., a caller on Northwest Front Street reported the theft of an old framed map taken from a common space.

7:20 p.m., a caller from a South Main Street doctor’s office reported someone stole blood from a pick up box. This happened two days in a row.

Friday, May 23

2:29 p.m., a caller on North Main Street reported her medication was missing.

11 p.m., a caller at Prairie Center reported their vehicle broke down behind the store would be removed in the morning.

11:57 p.m., a caller on Northwest Oakmont Street had questions about the eviction process.

Sunday, May 25

4:51 p.m., state emergency management reported a 3.12 magnitude earthquake near Coupeville 20 minutes prior. It was about 32 feet deep.
