Emblem Club installs officers

Oak Harbor Emblem Club held its 47th annual installation of officers at the Oak Harbor Elks Lodge with the incoming president Joanne Hartley, who chose the theme “Embrace Emblem with Loyalty, Love and Laughter” for the coming year.
