This is really a message to the guy driving a white truck with a Tennessee license LWQ 324 who threw his lit cigarette out the window at the intersection of Highway 20 and N. Main in Coupeville on Thursday morning, Sept. 19.

Haven’t you noticed that we’ve had an extremely dry year and that it doesn’t take much to start a fire in the dry grasses? I realize you aren’t the only one guilty of this, but I hope maybe this will make you think next time. I hope your friends help you remember!
