The “Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005”  (S1873 and HR 3970) takes away your right to know what you have been injected with (no disclosure, no Freedom of Information Act suits, none!), and your right to be compensated if that vaccination harms you or a loved one. These also set the stage for compulsory vaccination. This is an immediate threat to our heath and our liberty!

Some folks might still believe vaccines are a good thing. However, the fact that a secret agency is being set up which would operate without public oversight to create and compel the use of vaccines whose composition, side effects and hazards are not only unknown, but would be kept permanently hidden from the public, and that we the people would have absolutely no right to call the drug companies accountable if there is a major problem, should raise a red flag to even those who somehow manage to still believe that our federal government is good.

Bird flu vaccines cannot exist for some 6 to 18 months. Whatever you are vaccinated with will be experimental and therefore dangerous. With no liability to deter them, the vaccine makers can try anything they want and you will have no right to compensation for any harm done. Vaccines are often made of live viruses and have contained other toxins like stealth viruses, Squalene (a major threat to life and health as many a Gulf War veteran knows), mercury, formaldehyde, and aluminum.
