Gingerbread contest entries on display now

This intricate Native American longhouse – complete with Native canoes fashioned from gingerbread dough and "salmon" drying on racks made of pretzel sticks – is one of about two dozen entries so far in this year's Gingerbread Challenge, sponsored by The Whidbey Examiner.
