Has Island County reviewed the Safe Drinking Water Act, section 1427 or 40 CFR Chapter I part 149?

Part 149 regulates “sole source aquifers.” Part 149.104 gives guidance of “submission of petitions.”

“Any person may submit a petition requesting the regional administrator to review a project to determine if such project may contaminate the aquifer…”
