An auction that could decide the fate of Oak Harbor’s Haggen store was postponed a third time, to March 11, according to a document filed Friday with the federal bankruptcy court in Delaware.
The auction of bankrupt grocery chain Haggen’s 33 core stores was first scheduled for Feb. 5, then for Feb. 11 and then for Feb. 22.
No reason has been given for the postponements.
The auction is scheduled to take place at the offices of Haggen’s attorneys, Stroock, Stroock & Lavan, in New York.
