Saturday, Oct. 4 Corn Maze, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily starting Oct. 4 at Engle Family Farms, 1203 W. Terry Road. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for October weather. Cost is $5. Children under 8 free. Pumpkin patch and trolley ride, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays at Sherman Pioneer Farms, at Terry and Ebey roads. Trolley rides available Fridays and Saturdays, first come, first serve. Straw maze for little ones and pumpkin chuckin’ also available.

Harvest Fest, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Coupeville Farmers Market, NW Alexander Street, behind the library. Relay races start at noon.

Giant pumpkin contest, 11 a.m. to noon during Harvest Fest.

Friday, Oct. 17

Haunted corn maze, 5-8 p.m. at Engle Family Farms. $10 per person. Bring flashlight. Children under 8 not allowed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Saturday, Oct. 18

Halloween costume 5K and 10K run/walk and festival, starting 9 a.m. at Coupeville Elementary track.

Ghostly tales walking tour, 7-8 p.m. Dusk transforms Coupeville’s historic waterfront as the historic street’s architecture fades into the shadows and the ghosts of historic Coupeville emerge. $10 for adults, $6 for children 12-14. Buy tickets at Coupeville Chamber.

Pumpkin painting, 12-2 p.m. at the Pacific Northwest Art School, Birch Street. Bring your own pumpkin. Basic art supplies provided.

Halloween Torchlight Parade, 5 p.m. starting at Cook’s Corner Park. Judging starts 4:45 at the park.
