The Christmas spirit is alive and well in Oak Harbor! The Retired Chief Petty Officer’s Association would like to share with you our appreciation for the assistance provided by Safeway and the NAS Commissary in the preparation and distribution of the annual Christmas fruit baskets we deliver to over 175 senior citizens in our community.
