Two six-year plans, for capital improvement and transportation, were adopted Monday by Island County commissioners regular meeting.
The $69 million capital improvement plan comprises projects include trails, parks maintenance, drainage work and other projects 2015-2020.
The $39 million transportation plan is mostly included in the capital improvement plan total but focuses on ongoing road maintenance throughout the county’s unincorporated areas 2015-2020.
