Sunday, Jan. 19
At 9:23 a.m., a Meerkerk Lane resident reported a sheep in the yard.
At 10:40 a.m., a woman on Crockett Lake Drive reported that a dog keeps charging her when she tried to get out of her car.
At 1:45 p.m., a woman reported that a pit bull was chasing her on Taylor Road.
At 1:57 p.m., a Norman Drive resident reported that he had to chase a fellow off.
At 5:04 p.m., a Classic Road resident reported people in the woods were “trying to mess with him.” He said they there running through the woods, making weird noises and throwing pinecones.
At 8:09 p.m., a Sonic Lane resident reported that five people were wandering around his yard with shotguns. He said one of the shotguns has a silencer.
Monday, Jan. 20
At 10:06 a.m., a caller reported finding a Coupeville resident’s wallet in Canada.
At 12:35 p.m., there was a report that construction sheds on Seaside Drive were broken into and items were stolen.
At 5:22 p.m., a Coupeville resident reported that her daughter was being cyber-bullied by multiple individuals. The woman said the girl’s ex-boyfriend has been giving out her internet account information to people and her cell number to pedophiles.
At 10:18 p.m., the hospital reported that a patient was combative and slapped an ER staff member.
Tuesday, Jan. 21
At 4:58 a.m., two horses were reported loose on Fort Nugent Road.
At 9:44 a.m., a caller reported that “Peachie” trespassed on Case Road property.
At 10:30 a.m., there was a report that someone tried to break through a fence to get into the Island County garbage transfer station.
At 10:59 a.m., a Little Dirt Road resident reported someone stole the “Little Dirt Road” street signs.
At 12:35 p.m., there was a report that a woman with a dog bite was at the ER. The dog belonged to a neighbor on High Meadow Drive.
At 2:17 p.m., a woman reported that her dog was attacked by two neighbor dogs on Silver Lake Road.
At 2:19 p.m., a man reported that two dogs got into a pen on Degraff Road and were attacking sheep and llama.
Wednesday, Jan. 22
At 8:01 a.m., a caller reported that a truck was “doing donuts” in a field on Patmore Road.
At 10:42 a.m., a car was reportedly broken into at the Admirals Cove park and ride.
At 2:36 p.m., a man reported that someone shot his cat on Canterbury Lane.
At 2:55 p.m., a resident reported finding a loaded .40-caliber handgun on the beach on Captain Whidbey Inn Road.
