At 7:51 a.m., a caller on Easy Street said that his son is “cranked up.”

At 1:14 p.m., a caller said that teenagers were sitting on a sidewalks and were possibly intoxicated on Southwest Freund Street.

At 6:13 p.m., there was a report of kittens on the highway.

Thursday, July 9

At 9:50 a.m., separate callers reported dead birds on Alder Lane and Western Lane. A dead rabbit was reported on Torpedo Road.

At 10:22 p.m., a caller reported that a kitten was biting people and hiding under cars in the Walmart parking lot.

At 4:57 p.m., a caller reported that a man wearing a kilt was flashing people on Pioneer Way.

Monday, July 13

At 11:30 a.m., a caller reported that two men were wearing trench coats with masks and bandanas on Pioneer Way.

At 12:26 p.m., a resident reported that a cat was under the hood of a car on Dory Drive.

At 5:08 p.m., a man reported that a neighbor’s dog urinated on his daughter on Northwest Rigging Street.

At 8:20 p.m., a suspicious man was behind a dumpster on Southeast Barrington Drive.

At 9:52 p.m., a car was reportedly repossessed on Columbia Drive.

At 2:48 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that someone used a butter knife to get into her home.

At 8:27 a.m., a woman reported that her grandson was throwing rocks at neighbors on Southwest Lopez Drive.

At 12:25 a.m., a resident on Southeast Barrington Drive reported catching someone looking inside the apartment.

At 6:22 a.m., a caller reported finding a young boy wandering around on his own near the highway.

At 3:38 a.m., a Southeast Eighth Avenue resident reported that a woman was outside, screaming and kicking walls.

At 11:51 a.m., a caller reported that someone was throwing dog poop over the fence on Southwest Kittitas Court.

At 1:29 p.m., a Northwest Eighth Avenue resident reported that kids were jumping off a roof and into a pool at a neighbor’s house.

At 4:36 p.m., a caller reported that a woman who was evicted from a Midway Boulevard home piled her belongings on top of her car and tried to drive away.

At 4:58 p.m., there was a report of a backpack and an oil lamp sitting on the side on Regatta Drive.

At 5:49 p.m., a caller reported seeing a masked person holding up someone with a firearm on North Oak Harbor Street.

At 6:31 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious man with an “overstuffed backpack” on Southeast Bayshore Drive.

At 9:37 a.m., a woman on Scenic Heights Street reported that she had a possum in her trap.

At 12:15 p.m., a caller reported that a middle-aged man dressed in black was making strange gestures and crawling around on his stomach for hours in the marsh near Dillard Lane.

At 7:11 a.m., a caller reported that someone was sleeping in a sleeping bag on the sidewalk in front of a Highway 20 store.

At 9:42 p.m., a Netlam Lane resident reported that a man wanted to clean her floors.

At 10:15 p.m., a caller reported that two people climbed into a house through a bathroom window on Northwest Paragon Place.
