At 12:28 a.m., a caller reported teenagers were yelling from the Oak Harbor School District administration building roof.

At 3:51 a.m., a caller reported two people stole her soccer ball at a Northeast Midway Boulevard location.

At 9:08 a.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and Southwest Swantown Avenue.

At 11:17 a.m., a caller reported a man and woman were fighting over a child at a Southwest Barrington Drive location.

At 12:21 p.m., a caller reported a hit-and-run car accident occurred at a Southeast Ely Street location.

At 12:36 p.m., a caller reported a bicycle stolen from an East Whidbey Avenue location.
