At 7:30 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 400 block of Regatta Drive.

At 8:48 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 500 block of Quaker Street.

At 10:30 a.m., mail was reported stolen from a mailbox at a residence in the 600 block of NW First Avenue.

At 11:19 a.m., a caller reported a female was trying to provoke a fight at a residence in the 100 block of SW Barrigton Drive.

Thursday. April 16

At 8:50 p.m., a physical assault was reported at a location in the 1300 block of N Oak Harbor Street. Incident occurred yesterday.

At 10:01 a.m., two male juveniles in the 700 block of NW Crosby Avenue were reported “flipping off and mooning” the school bus as it drives by.

At 11:21 a.m., a possible drunk driver in a white van was reported in the 31000 block of Highway 20.

At 11:41 a.m., an older male subject was reported lying on the ground by a light pole on NE Seventh Avenue near NE Kettle Street.

At 2:01 p.m., a caller reported she was in a “heated argument” with a male subject in the 200 block of SE Pioneer Way regarding a baby being held in the front seat of a vehicle and not being in a car seat.

At 2:08 p.m., two male subjects were reported selling home theater systems from their vehicle at a location in the 100 block of SE Pioneer Way.

At 3:12 p.m., officers arrested a suspect on a warrant at the Oak Harbor Police Department.

At 3:48 p.m., a caller reported receiving multiple telephone calls at her residence in the 1800 block of NE 16th Avenue from a male subject and his friends threatening to “kick her ass.”

At 5:35 p.m., a caller reported a male subject walking on SE Jerome Street near the intersection of E Whidbey Avenue hollaring at vehicles, waiving his arms and “not acting right.”

At 6:11 p.m., two males and one female were reported possibly drinking and throwing trash around at a location in the 1400 block of SE Dock Street.

At 8:59 p.m., a caller reported another female hit her with her fists at a location in the 200 block of E Whidbey Avenue.

At 8:20 a.m., a large paint can was reported in the southbound lane of Highway 20 near Beeksma Park,

At 8:44 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 400 block of Pasek Street.

At 1:13 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 1500 block of NE Seventh Court.

At 3:00 p.m., a caller reported a male subject was “trying all the doors” at the old Ford dealership on Highway 20.

At 3:01 p.m., a caller reported someone had “made a bed” under the stairwell at a location in the 800 block of SW Bayshore Drive. Caller requested assistance in disbursing the cardboard bed.

At 4:04 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 400 block of SE O’Leary Street.

At 5:36 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported at a location in the 1600 block of NE Eighth Avenue.

At 6:05 p.m., a male juvenile shoplifter was detained at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

At 7:39 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported in the parking lot at a location in the 32000 block of Highway 20.
