Monday, Sept. 29

At 4:03 a.m., a Fish Road resident reported hearing tapping on the window, which the caller interpreted as meaning, “I’m watching you.”

At 1:26 p.m., a driver reported that a motor home was dragging electrical plugs on West Fakkema Road.

At 3:48 p.m., a Lodgepole Lane resident reported that an injured stray cat snuck into her house and she can’t get it out.

At 5:32 p.m., a caller reported that seven or eight pigs were on Monroe Landing Road.

At 5:48 p.m., a caller reported that squatters in a teepee were living on bank-owned property off Pacific Dogwood Drive.

Tuesday, Sept. 30

At 8:42 a.m., a Napoleon Drive resident reported that she caught a terrier that killed all her chickens.

At 12 p.m., a caller reported that a Meridian Street resident was barbecuing in his backyard without clothes on.

At 1:03 p.m., a caller reported that a 30-foot boat was aground off North Bluff Road.

At 1:08 p.m., a Carefree Lane resident said a neighbor’s marijuana grow operation affects her water pressure.

At 5:07 p.m., a driver said aluminum cans were all over State Highway 20 at Hoffman Road. The cans almost caused an accident.

At 12:11 p.m., a Douglas Road caller said, “He may be a bad dog, but I don’t want anyone coming out here to kill him.”

At 12:35 p.m., a woman reported that a black Lab was “over the guard rail” off Dike Road.

At 2:21 p.m., a Loerland Lane resident reported that someone in a white van was watching.

At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a black SUV had a black mask on top of his head.

At 12:15 a.m., a North Whidbey woman reported waking up being molested.

At 12:27 p.m., a horse was reported on Newman Road.

At 4:13 p.m., a man reported that his girlfriend punched him through the car window and took his dog on Wintergreen Drive.

At 5:57 p.m., a Seacrest Lane resident said her husband went to a neighbor’s house to take a bath.

Friday, Oct. 3

At 9 a.m., a driver reported that a school bus clipped her car on Highway 20.

At 3:14 p.m., a caller reported that a nude man was running through the woods near Pacific Dogwood Drive. The man would hide in bushes when cars passed by.

At 3:35 p.m., a Lucy Lane resident reported that stray goats ate plants on his deck.

Saturday, Oct. 4

At 11:12 a.m., a caller said a gun was missing from a storage unit on Classic Road.

At 3:15 p.m., a caller reported that a man was beating up a woman and throwing luggage on the ground on Swantown Avenue.

At 7:17 p.m., a caller on Northgate Drive said “Mexicans” were throwing rocks.

At 10 p.m., a Log Cabin Road resident reported that someone toilet-papered the home with about 50 rolls.

Sunday, Oct. 5

At 3:22 p.m., there was a report that a 65-year-old man was pulled from the water at the Seaplane Base. The man was shaking.

At 8:51 p.m., a caller said a panhandler on the side of Highway 20 near Banta Road was “acting weird and kind of squirrely.”
