At 2:08 p.m., a caller said that a girl was throwing apples at passing cars on Southeast Jerome Street.

Friday, Sept. 19

At 12:04 a.m., there was a report that a woman spit in a bartender’s face at a bar on State Highway 20.

Saturday, Sept. 20

At 11:43 p.m., a caller reported that a man hit a woman on Pioneer Way.

At 2:05 p.m., a Northeast Barron Drive resident reported that a neighbor girl has boys over.

At 4:04 p.m., a Southwest Kimball Drive resident reported that she has a “certificate of authenticity” from a mental hospital.

At 1:20 a.m., a caller reported that an aggressive man with a hat on backwards was jumping up and down and screaming in the faces of employees.

At 1:54 p.m., a caller reported that a man was urinating by a clothing bin on Erie Street.

At 6:46 p.m., a resident reported that a possibly intoxicated woman was pushing a baby stroller and falling over on Southeast Eighth Avenue.

At 10:29 p.m., a caller at Walmart reported that two “large” teenage boys were wearing gold masks and jumping in front of people in aisles to scare them.

At 4:53 p.m., a caller reported that a young girl was walking on Erie Street with a handgun on her hip.

At 5:09 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious man frequently comes on the caller’s Northeast Regatta Drive property to smoke cigarettes and stare at children.

Wednesday, Sept. 24

At 1:45 p.m., a driver reported that he “bumped” a girl who was jaywalking on Whidbey Avenue.

At 5:14 p.m., there was a report that a transient was living and defecating in a dugout at City Beach Street.

At 6:39 p.m., a Southwest 10th Avenue resident reported that he came home to find his home broken into and his dog stolen.

At 3:40 p.m., a driver reported that a truck struck a girl in a crosswalk on Highway 20 at Whidbey Avenue. The truck drove away.

At 5:35 p.m., a Southwest 10th Court resident reported that a Kirby salesman came to her door. Several other callers complained about an aggressive vacuum salesman.

At 7:31 a.m., a hospital employee reported the alleged assault of a five-week old infant in Oak Harbor. The baby had a tibia fracture.

At 10:39 p.m., an Oak Harbor Street resident reported that neighbors were fighting about meth.

Monday, Sept. 29

At 11:42 a.m., a caller reported that a transient with a blue Jeep was spinning his tires in the parking lot.

At 7:50 a.m., a caller reported that a homeless man was flipping off cars on Highway 20.

At 1:30 p.m., there was a report of a sick coyote on Northeast Regatta Drive.

At 4:03 p.m., a caller reported that a transient sitting on a bench on Barrington Drive was making people nervous by rubbing his nose.

At 4:28 p.m., a woman reported that her electric wheelchair got stuck in a bump on a sidewalk on Southwest Bowmer Street.

At 9:53 p.m., a woman on Oriole Street said someone was beating her with a broom.
