At 2:12 a.m., a caller reported juvenile subjects knocking on mailboxes in the 400 block of NW First Avenue.
Sunday, Aug. 2
At 2:42 p.m., an open door was reported at Oak Harbor High School.
At 6:20 p.m., a caller reported a juvenile neighbor just shot a crow with a BB gun in the 800 block of SW Kingma Court.
Saturday, Aug. 1
At 2:08 a.m., a fight was reported in the 500 block of SE Ely Street.
At 2:32 a.m., a fight was reported in the 100 block of NE Ernst Street.
At 9:46 a.m., a burglary of a garage was reported in the 600 block of SE Jerome Street. A wallet containing money and identification and a dirt bike were taken.
At 9:48 a.m., a building in the 1200 block of SW Barlow Street was reported “tagged.”
At 10:26 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported in the 600 block of SE Jerome Street.
At 6:17 p.m., a caller reported a “strange man” came to her door in the 700 block of SW Judson Drive. The man laid down in the yard and then ran off.
At 9:15 a.m., a caller reported an elderly man urinating on the side of a building in the 200 block of NE Midway Boulevard.
At 9:38 p.m., a caller reported his wife just hit him at a residence in the 500 block of NW Dory Drive.
At 11:48 p.m., a case number was generated for a suspect who was driving drunk in the 200 block of SE Midway Boulevard.
Friday, July 31
At 8:22 a.m., a caller reported a van pool van parked in the 1400 block of SE Erie Street had been vandalized.
At 9:36 a.m., a caller reported a golden retriever puppy stolen from a yard in the 900 block of SW First Avenue.
At 11:16 a.m., a caller reported four juveniles in the 800 block of SE Bayshore Drive were “passing something” between them.
At 4:38 p.m., garbage and recycling bins and solar lights were reported taken from a residence in the 600 block of NW Dory Drive.
At 9:02 p.m., a caller in the 300 block of SE Barrington Drive reported being threatened on the telephone.

At 3:01 a.m., a man was reported running around in the 1500 block of S. Beeksma Drive chasing a cat and “yelling profanities.”

At 11:38 a.m., a caller reported a man was in the hospital in Skagit County who said he is being abused by a caretaker at a residence in Oak Harbor.
At 12:07 p.m., a man was detained for shoplifting at a business in the 1200 block of SW Erie Street.
At 12:19 p.m., a wallet was reported taken from a location in the 31000 block of Highway 20.
At 11:21 p.m., a car prowl was reported on N. Oak Harbor Street.

At 2:25 a.m., a prowler was reported in the 1400 block of SW Putnam Drive.
At 11:04 a.m., a window in a truck was reported broken in the 900 block of NW Prow Street.
At 3:28 p.m., a caller reported a group of kids moving things around behind a business in the 300 block of SE Pioneer way so they can use the ramp as a skateboard jump.
At 5:21 p.m., a caller reported a subject behind the funeral home on Whidbey Avenue has a shopping cart full of possibly stolen items.
At 8:10 p.m., an open door at a vacant residence in the 100 block of Nunan Loop.
At 8:59 p.m., officers arrested a suspect on a Title 10 violation at the Oak Harbor Police Department.
At 10:51 p.m., a fight was reported in the 1500 block of City Beach Street.
Monday, July 27
At 4:26 a.m., a prowler was reported knocking on the windows of a house in the 1300 block of N. Oak Harbor Street.
At 3:08 p.m., an assault was reported in the 600 block of SE Bayshore Drive. Reporting party said the incident occurred Thursday night.
At 3:14 p.m., a caller reported her son took several items from her residence in the 1500 block of NE Third Avenue.
At 3:48 p.m., a suspect was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at the Oak Harbor Police Department.
At 5:53 p.m., a caller reported a man trying to sell steaks to residents in the 1000 block of Harbor Vista Circle.
At 6:03 p.m., a caller reported “he is done and tired” of all the drug dealers hanging out in front of his apartments in the 100 block of E. Whidbey Avenue.
At 6:46 p.m., a caller reported his ex-girlfriend was at his residence in the 700 block of N. Oak Harbor Street “breaking all his belongings.”

At 8:01 a.m., a caller reported a man sleeping on a large green sofa in a vacant lot on SW Rock Rose Drive between SW Ulysses Street and Tahoe Street. man was reportedly “covered in Cheetos.”
At 10:20 a.m., a car prowl was reported in the 1500 block of NE First Avenue. A wallet was reportedly taken.
At 11:58 a.m., a car prowl was reported in the 1200 block of NE O’Leary Street. A radio was reportedly taken.
At 12:48 p.m., a caller reported a man was threatening her after she confronted him about him owing her money.
At 3:28 p.m., a car prowl was reported in the 1400 block of NE 11th Avenue. A stereo was reported taken.
At 5:29 p.m., a burglary was reported at a residence in the 500 block of SE Midway Boulevard. A computer and a television were reportedly smashed.
At 8:18 p.m., three juveniles were reported breaking apart new trees in the 800 block of SE Bayshore Drive and throwing them in the bay.
Saturday, July 25
At 2:04 a.m., a caller reported a subject just walked out of a business in the 31000 block of Highway 20 without paying for an 18-pack of Coors Lite beer.
At 2:43 a.m., a caller reported a young man came to the door wanting to come inside. Caller said he told him to leave or he would call the police. The subject reportedly said “do it,” and left.

At 12:41 a.m., a caller reported hearing “bumping and banging” at the apartments in the 100 block of SW Sixth Avenue.
At 12:41 a.m., a caller said she went to her sister’s apartment on E. Whidbey Avenue to “get her stuff,” and her sister pulled a knife on her.
At 4:07 a.m., a caller reported a man “bugging employees and other crew members” in a storage room of a business in the 31000 block of Highway 20.
At 9:05 a.m., a suspect was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of SE Bayshore Drive.
At 10:10 a.m., several car prowls were reported in the 800 block of SW Kimball Drive.
At 11:23 a.m., a caller reported hearing a male talking to a female in the 800 block of SE Bayshore Drive. The male reportedly said “I have the stuff if you need it.”
At 3:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested in the 600 block of NE Midway Boulevard for driving with a suspended license.
At 4:21 p.m., a suspect was arrested in the 31000 block of Highway 20 for driving with a suspended license.
At 6:52 p.m., a caller reported three men trying to open a car in the 600 block of NE Ellis Way.
At 9:21 p.m., a caller reported her neighbor just came to her house on SW Jib Street and said there is a “suspicious suitcase “on her front porch.

At 12:23 a.m., a caller reported she heard voices that sounded like kids playing on the roof and stealing things at a location in the 1300 block of SW Kalama Loop.
At 11:36 a.m., a caller reported around 3 a.m., she heard someone knocking things over in her backyard in the 800 block of Prow Street.
At 3:23 p.m., two men were reportedly approaching people in the 31000 block of Highway 20, asking them to buy surround sound systems.
At 5:13 p.m., a caller reported an assault in the 100 block of SE Jerome Street. Caller said the suspect “stomped on someone’s face.”
At 6:44 p.m., a caller reported finding a medical items, including syringes, behind the old coffee house in the 200 block of SE Cabot Drive.
At 7:59 p.m., an assault was reported in the 1000 block of SW Kimball Drive.
At 9:47 p.m., a caller reported hearing “rustling” outside the apartments in the 200 block of NE Izett Street.
At 10:18 p.m., a case was generated for a suspect driving with a suspended/revoked license on Highway 20 and SW Barrington Drive.

At 1 a.m., a caller reported hearing the sound of gunshots or fireworks in the area of the 1000 block of SW Harrier Court.
At 8:18 a.m., a caller reported a light possibly shot out at a location in the 1000 block of SE Fourth Avenue.
At 10:04 a.m., a caller reported a rock thrown through the back window of a store in the 200 block of SE Pioneer Way.
At 10:08 a.m., a caller reported three males who appeared “strung out” came up from the beach in the 1500 block of SE City Beach Street.
At 10:58 a.m., a caller reported her pouch was taken from her vehicle in the 100 block of SE Pioneer Way.
At 10:58 a.m., a shoplifter reportedly pulled a knife on a loss prevention agent at a store in the 2100 block of W. Coral Sea Drive. Subject was detained.
At 11:20 a.m., a caller reported her vehicle was damaged last night in the 900 block of NW Second Avenue.
At 4:53 p.m., money was reported missing from a business in the 33000 block of Highway 20.
At 7:44 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported on NW Columbia Drive and NW Atlanta Way. Windows were reported smashed and a stereo was missing.

At 1:17 a.m., a fight was reported in the 800 block of SE Pioneer Way.
At 9:06 a.m., a vehicle prowl was reported in the 1600 block of SE Fourth Avenue. Caller said a handicapped parking tag and the vehicle’s registration are missing.
At 9:31 a.m., a caller reported solar lights were stolen from a residence in the 2100 block of SW Sunnyside Drive.
At 4:04 p.m., an assault was reported at a residence in the 200 block of Trisha Lane.
At 4:20 p.m., officers arrested a suspect in the 32000 block of Highway 20 for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported a child was hit with a shot from a air soft gun at the playground in the 100 block of NE Ernst Street. Caller said the child is bleeding from the head.
At 10:45 p.m., a prowler was reported at a residence in the 900 block of SW Eagle Vista Avenue.
At 11:39 p.m., a caller reported two men with a flashlight hiding in the bushes at a location in the 300 block of S. Oak Harbor Street.
At 11:57 p.m., a vehicle prowl was reported in the 100 block of NE Kettle Street.
