The Oak Harbor Lions Club will be barbecuing and serving sockeye salmon — grilled to perfection — during Holland Happening, Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27.

The barbecue is 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

The Lions invite all to enjoy the barbecue, which will be at Highway 20 in the park adjacent to the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce, 32630 State Highway 20.

The Lions fundraiser will include a complete meal of barbecue salmon, baked beans, cole slaw, bread and drink, or for light eaters, a barbecue salmon sandwich, chips and drink.

All the proceeds from the salmon barbecue benefit children and adults in the community who cannot afford vision or hearing care.
