At 6:31 a.m., a NW Rigging Street resident reported someone is in the house. She has locked herself in her room and she has driftwood to protect herself.

At 11:27 a.m., a caller reported his 32-foot sailboat has run aground in the Deception Pass area.

At 1:42 p.m., a caller reported a woman kicking a car at a SE Midway Boulevard location.

At 9:49 a.m., an E. Whidbey Avenue resident reported her roommate stole her MP3 and charger.

At 1:58 p.m., a caller reported a man was screaming, taking off his clothes and trying to climb a fence at an E. Whidbey Avenue location.
