At 6:31 a.m., a NW Rigging Street resident reported someone is in the house. She has locked herself in her room and she has driftwood to protect herself.

At 11:27 a.m., a caller reported his 32-foot sailboat has run aground in the Deception Pass area.

At 1:42 p.m., a caller reported a woman kicking a car at a SE Midway Boulevard location.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

At 9:49 a.m., an E. Whidbey Avenue resident reported her roommate stole her MP3 and charger.

At 1:58 p.m., a caller reported a man was screaming, taking off his clothes and trying to climb a fence at an E. Whidbey Avenue location.

At 1:07 p.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and SE Cabot Drive.

At 1:49 p.m., a caller reported someone broke into a SE Eighth Avenue home.

At 3:26 p.m., a caller reported a man playing “chicken” with cars on NE Seventh Avenue.

At 4:21 p.m., a caller reported a chihuahua running loose near the intersection of SE Maylor Street and SE Fourth Avenue.

At 5:47 a.m., a Highway 20 resident reported someone broke into his trailer and stole his rent money.

At 11:35 a.m., a caller reported a car accident at a Highway 20 location.

At 4:32 p.m., a caller reported a hit-and-run car accident in a SW Erie Street parking lot.

At 10:21 p.m., a caller reported hearing a woman screaming in a Highway 20 parking lot.

At 11:23 p.m., an employee of a Highway 20 business reported a customer threatened to shoot him because he wouldn’t sell the customer cigarettes.

Sunday, Dec. 16

At 12:16 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious person standing next to a tree at the opening of a cul-de-sac on SW Barrington Drive.

At 6:49 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle in the ditch on N. Oak Harbor Street.

At 7:11 a.m., a NE Seventh Avenue resident reported his brain is being microwaved by radio waves. The caller is concerned for his family, his car title was forged away from him, etc.

At 1:11 p.m., a caller reported a car stolen from a NW Crosby Avenue location.

At 2:49 p.m., a caller reported a juvenile was pointing a BB gun at him while at a SW Sixth Avenue location.

Saturday, Dec. 15

At 1:38 a.m., a caller reported an assault took place at a SE Bayshore Drive location.

At 2:14 a.m., a caller reported a truck was burglarized at a NW Kathleen Drive location.

At 5:05 a.m., a NW Crosby Avenue resident reported people were trying to get into her shed to see stolen bike parts.

At 10:08 a.m., a caller reported someone broke out windows at a N. Oak Harbor Street home.

At 10:48 a.m., a caller reported a man was trespassing at a SE Eighth Avenue location.

At 11:43 a.m., a caller reported a bicycle stolen from a NW Redwing Drive home.

At 12:06 p.m., a SE Second Court resident reported a neighbor backed into his pickup.

At 1:42 p.m., a SW Mulberry Place resident reported someone broke into a Honda. The car has been at the location for more than a year and it has possibly been abandoned.

At 5:52 p.m., a caller reported two kids were trying to break into a SE Eighth Avenue apartment.

At 9:16 p.m., a SW Navigator Loop resident reported someone tried to break in through the front door.

At 10:45 p.m., a SW Sixth Avenue resident reported someone is trying to break down her front door.

At 11:04 p.m., a NW Columbia Drive resident reported someone got into her house and stole her jewelry.

Friday, Dec. 14

At 10:58 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on SE Pioneer Way.

At 6:38 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle hit a parked car and fled the scene at a Highway 20 location.

At 6:42 p.m., a NW Frigate Street resident reported her husband pushed her. She said the husband is crying and he is sorry.

At 6:55 p.m., a caller reported a car struck a dog at a NW Elwha Street location.

At 8:59 p.m., a SW Heller Street resident reported a door-to-door salesman was being very aggressive and pushy with a neighbor.

At 10:11 p.m., a SW Dyer Street resident reported someone threw someone’s backpack and belongings in the middle of the road.

At 1:56 a.m., a caller reported a shoplifter at a SW Erie Street business was using a knife to cut the tag off a watch.

At 2:44 a.m., a NE Izett Street resident reported someone stole her computer.

At 11:12 a.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of SW Barlow Street and SW Barrington Drive.

At 11:20 a.m., a caller reported a man stole a backpack full of items from a Highway 20 business.

At 7:46 p.m., a caller reported a loud party taking place at an E. Whidbey Avenue apartment.

At 7:24 a.m., a caller reported a purse stolen from a car at a NW 14th Way location.

At 8 a.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of NW Second Avenue and NW Heller Street.

At 11:04 a.m., a caller reported a child has been abused. They said his mom uses a belt to hit him and his step dad slaps him and throws him across the room.

At 12:38 p.m., a NE Nunan Loop resident reported someone drove a pickup truck over his yard.
