At 2:48 p.m., a caller reported that a man was beating his dog while walking on Southeast Barrington Drive. Another person confronted the man, who pulled out a knife and asked, “Do you want to go?”
At 3:53 p.m., a resident reported that a seagull was caught in netting on Southwest Barlow Street.
At 4:27 p.m., a driver reported that two men tried to block him in a roundabout and then tried to beat him up in the Flyers parking lot.
