The Island County Treasurer’s Office would like to express its deepest thanks and sincere appreciation to those individuals who came forward to assist us and volunteer during tax season.

Due to their great attitudes and helpful hands, we were able to complete the property tax payment processing much earlier than in previous years.  It is said, “Many hands make light work,” and this was certainly proven in our office. We enjoyed sharing our days and meeting the citizens: Pam and  Bob N., Bob and Beulah Whitlow, Barbara Radics and Linda Riffe.

Thanks also to those who volunteered but we did not call, only because we were able to finish so early.
